By accessing or using Amelia ("the Service"), operated by Script Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Amelia is an AI-powered wedding planning assistant that helps you organize your wedding, manage guests, track budgets, and coordinate vendors. The Service includes both free and premium features.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the AI assistant to generate harmful or inappropriate content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
5. AI-Generated Content
Our AI assistant provides suggestions and recommendations based on your input. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before acting on it.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium features require a paid subscription
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Script Collective. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
